Import of pharmaceutical-grade medical cannabis from Israel
Fette Pharma has created the conditions for the introduction and exclusive distribution of medical cannabis from Israel starting in 2019. The central building block for this is the bilateral cooperation with growers and producers of medical cannabis with export authorization for EU countries from Israel. All regulatory and administrative requirements (EU-GMP, EU-GDP) for the import of medical cannabis in Germany are met.

Competence transfer and further development of treatment options for medical cannabis
The basis for Fette Pharma's innovative therapeutic options with medical cannabis is the intensive exchange between Germany and Israel. The special cannabis breeding for Fette Pharma is based on the know-how of Cannbit (Israel) and scientific findings on its proven cannabis varieties, which go back to more than 16 years of experience in the genetic research and development of medical cannabis.*
The aim is to offer the criteria of a practice-oriented selection of individually tailored therapies for the promising treatment and care of patients. A central concern in doing so is to improve the quality of life of patients thanks to a customized, individual therapy with medical cannabis.
Fette Pharma offers physicians a comprehensive - and with its innovative instruments an exceptionally intensive - range of support services in patient care: from the creation of a patient-specific therapy plan to patient support throughout the entire treatment period. The basis for this is more than 15 years of experience with indication-specific therapy approaches including dosage recommendations, which are based on the collection and evaluation of extensive patient data as well as clinical and preclinical studies. Thanks to ongoing research efforts and the continuous optimization of therapy modalities by German and Israeli physicians as well as the use of state-of-the-art technology - for example, the collection of current data, the comparison with the patient's condition and the corresponding adjustment of the dosage as well as product selection with scientific support - new opportunities and perspectives are opening up for the broad spectrum of applications of medical cannabis.
